Job Title: Business Analysis Principal
Job Location: Colorado


  • Plan, organize, lead, and monitor the activities of the project team
  • Oversees, defines, and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues to the Project Manager as needed
  • Drives the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational structure and required ERP configuration
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Provide project risk analysis and mitigation planning
  • Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget, and scope
  • Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed upon requirements
  • Prepare and manage deliverables (Project Plan, Risk Plan, Communication Plan, etc.) – use deliverables to conduct the project
  • Escalate issues and submit recommendations to resolve them
  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain regular contact with the steering committee, providing status of project progress, and advice with respect to best practices
  • Perform weekly status calls
  • Knowledge of financial and/or supply chain terminology and processes
  • Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues
  • Update appropriate documentation and project plan to reflect changes in requirements and commitments
  • Approve Time and Project Approvals for consultants
  • Responsible for timely update of project expenses
  • Champion and adhere to the Best Practice Process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Applications or equivalent work experience
  • Must have a minimum of five years experience in similar roles managing or supporting Enterprise Resource Planning system related projects (e.g. Project Manager or Functional Lead)
  • Experience working in manufacturing sector
  • Experience with SCADA, IoT, MES, and/or ERP
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and financial processes
  • Strong team facilitation and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to influence others and resolve conflict

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Seven to twelve years of experience is preferable
  • Financial or supply chain certifications are a plus
  • PMP certification
