Job Title: Client Implementation Manager
Job Location: Georgia


  • Manage the acquisition and on-boarding process for new clients to ensure a successful launch event and high-quality client experience throughout the launch
  • Ensure a consistent and efficient client on-boarding transition to ongoing account administration
  • Responsible for managing on-boarding timeline and communicating adjustments or changes to all parties
  • Proactively identify and research on-boarding problems or trends and develop and implement resolutions
  • Provide ongoing platform changes of in-force clients through collaboration with multiple internal partners such as fulfillment teams and Account Executive
  • Responsible for tactical set up of new clients
  • Identify client process efficiency measures, provide analysis, and partner with other business areas to find solutions that make it easy for our clients to do business with the company
  • Facilitate the removal of process barriers such as bottlenecks, technology constraints, or resource constraints through directing and influencing the activities of other internal areas
  • Keep abreast of business and workflow changes and instill a sense of urgency in partners to ensure that clients are getting the level of responsiveness and service they expect

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Five+ years of experience in employee voluntary benefits or client on-boarding and servicing
  • Project Management experience
  • Operates with an external view - understands markets, competitors, and clients
  • Full understanding of employee benefits, underwriting and risk concepts; track record in servicing and onboarding clients
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner at all levels with cross-functional business areas on both strategic and tactical levels to achieve results with multiple and diverse priorities
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, problem solving, decision making, and execution skills
  • Strong requirements gathering and translation for business processes
  • Experienced understanding of file transfer methods
  • Strong knowledge of file layouts structure and how to communicate to clients  regarding the specifications and details 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of pivot table and v-lookups in Excel
