Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Location: New York


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Work with the creative team to coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, whitepapers and webinars)
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution for a variety of paid digital channels, including pay per click, display, and display retargeting
  • Broadcast our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through our website and social media
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Identify key performance insights from campaigns and apply them to ongoing strategy in order to constantly drive optimization in efficiency
  • Conduct A/B tests on digital channels to identify winning targeting and creative strategies that can be used in future campaigns
  • Partner with our brand and creative teams to develop creative for digital campaigns and conduct constant measurement and campaign analysis to influence future creative development with an eye towards performance
  • Serve as team expert on marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing - both within industry and more broadly within the digital space

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant experience with degree in: Digital Marketing as well as Digital Agency Marketing
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing service or marketing agency experience
  • Sales force and email automation experience
  • Payments industry experience
  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
