Job Title: IT Application Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Ohio

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the scoping, design, and development of workflows in ServiceNow as well as any new integrations within the ecosystem
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to recommend new feature implementation, manage UAT, develop training materials, deliver improvements, and execute mandatory technical conversions
  • Execute technical work in conjunction with prioritized projects, including configuration design and implementation, test script creation and execution, UAT testing, and interaction with vendor on critical requirements
  • Design and implement technical/process work in Talent Supply projects as it relates to systems design and/or support
  • Consult and integrate configuration changes in support of divestitures/acquisitions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of and experience with Java script, HTML, XML, the REST protocol, SQL, and scripting
  • HRIS Experience: ABAP (SAP) and Application Tracking Systems (Taleo)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in web application programming
  • Quickly learn new things and expand your understanding of applications
  • Know how to analyze complex problems, develop options, evaluate solutions, and execute the right change
  • Experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition, and you understand HR culture and core work processes.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL
