Job Title: Manager of IT Infrastructure Strategy & Governance
Job Location: Illinois


  • Manage the Infrastructure strategic plan process across all TI&S domains
  • Ensure plans remain relevant, actioned, and align to the Global Technology strategic plans and objectives
  • Track progress of strategic plans via dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports
  • Certify plans quarterly and present to Senior Management
  • Oversee the annual three year plan process for TI&S
  • Manage all internal strategic planning activities across TI&S for the annual three year plan process
  • Team to act as single point of contact for Global Technology departments that require TI&S support
  • Collaborate with TI&S domains and Global Technology SP&G organization to ensure strategies are linked and deadlines are achieved
  • Lead and facilitate strategic planning activities across TI&S when situations arise that require strategic planning and/or strategic execution
  • Oversight and Governance of TI&S cross domain deliverables, programs, and workforce
  • Ensure all risk and compliance findings, deviations, exceptions, etc. are closed/remediated on time, or have proper explanation for being past due and include remediation plans
  • Track progress of risk and compliance via monthly dash boards and performance reports
  • Oversee Merger and Acquisitions requirements, planning, integration status, and final sign off of integration into TI&S domains
  • Manage the TI&S Lean Execution and Agile Delivery agile project teams structure, and collaborate with Global Technology Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, and SP&G teams to ensure teams are constructed optimally
  • Lead the off shore workforce optimization program
  • Support Senior Management of the organization as needed with ad hoc reporting, presentations, deliverables, etc.
  • Ensure team is cross trained on critical reporting processes
  • Lead and facilitate ad hoc financial management, workforce reporting, cross domain deliverables, etc. across TI&S as situations arise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
  • Seven+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Three+ years of experience managing, motivating and developing associates, delegating tasks, conducting performance reviews, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Skilled in creating dashboards, performance reports, and presentations
  • Able to gather technical information and translate for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Infrastructure of any kind (systems, storage, network, etc.)
