Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Salesforce Implementation and Support
Job Location: California


  • Establishes strategy and tactics within area of responsibility and may contribute to strategy formulation
  • Drive change, process improvements, and cultural transformation, and may act as change leader
  • Encourages management development by providing opportunities for leadership and working with leaders throughout the organization
  • Recommends sponsorship opportunities and may act as sponsor
  • Ensures plans in place to accomplish area goals, results tracked and resources appropriately allocated across area of responsibility
  • Monitors the results of functional area and processes
  • Reviews and integrates business processes to achieve business results and appropriate solutions for customers
  • Manages financial aspects of the organizational area; accountable for direct budget
  • Provide financial projections for strategic plans or forecast for future years
  • Manages HR/People processes for the organizational area including performance/management, resource management, compensation administration, objective setting/alignment, employee development/coaching and training
  • Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers and individual contributors

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED); OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analysis, Engineering, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or other related field
  • Minimum eight years of management experience in the following areas: planning, budget/financial management, and staffing
  • Minimum eight years of IT or related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of own area of functional responsibility and full knowledge of multiple related IT functions
  • Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
  • Eight to ten years of combined general business and systems management experience
  • professional with experience in implementing solutions and managing on-going support operations
  • Five to eight years in managing teams and delegating competing business priorities
  • Prior experience in systems and user acceptance testing, Agile implementation methodology
  • Strong stakeholder and people management background
  • Solid understanding of operating a support function in a cloud environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in related field or six years of experience in a directly related field
  • Trained/Certified in system and strong understanding of functionalities and features
